Please note that the completion of the personality assessment is mandatory before attending any session of the workshop.
Each participant can share only the information they wish to share with the participants of the workshop session they are attending.

This online workshop consists of 4 sessions of 90 minutes each and is designed to enable all participants to build more effective relationships at work, leading to stronger cohesion and more efficient crews and teams. Our program is designed for everyone, whether you are a crew member, operations officer, aircraft mechanic or any other professional related to business aviation. Attending the workshop, will allow you to understand how you and other people function and how best to manage the interaction to improve your efficiency and cohesion as a crew or team member.
Important: completing the assessment is mandatory before attending this workshop. Once completed, you will receive a PDF report with the related results.
For your benefit, full understanding, and group cohesion, it would be best to attend all 4 sessions if possible. A certificate will only be provided after the completion of the whole workshop.

Attending the workshop, will allow you to understand how you and other people function and how best to manage the interaction to improve your efficiency and satisfaction at work.

The assessment and the workshop are in French, some short videos are in English with French subtitles.

Cancellation Policy
If we cancel a session of the workshop for any reason, your registration will be moved to the next available session within the next 12 months.
If a participant withdraws from a session of the workshop with more than four days (96 hours) notice, the registration will be moved once to the next session (subject to availability), within the next 12 months.
If a participant withdraws with less than four days (96 hours) notice or does not attend the online workshop, no refund or replacement session will be offered.
